Short and sweet (well, without added sugar, of course) update for today.
Morning: Peppermint tea, Earl Grey tea, slice of cheese
Lunch: Salad, apple, oatmeal from Starbucks (with nuts, but no fruit or sugar)
Afternoon Snack: Earl Grey, lots of chunks of cheese and veggies from a platter at work. I helped with a training event we had today, and there was a ton of food. The desserts looked AMAZING, but the cheese was good enough for me. I was even able to take home some of the leftover veggies, which are no roasting in the oven as I type this.
Dinner: Andy offered to cook! I told him no sugars or anything with flour, and he came up with a scallop bake (for my portion, we substituted bread crumbs with parm cheese.)
Now we’re doing our sweet Thursday night ritual: cuddling on the couch and watching TV! I’m going to try not to be glued to my computer as much tonight, because I need a break from it. ❤
